Find the expert you want, click "Book Now" on their profile, and complete the payment — the booking is confirmed once the expert accepts.

Card (Visa/Mastercard), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and internet banking are all supported, through a secure payment gateway.

You won't lose your money. It goes into your Credit Balance, which you can use to book any other expert. You can also request a direct refund from Admin.

You can extend the call at the same rate, as many times as needed, right during the call.

Every expert must submit their National ID (NID), and our Admin team verifies and approves each profile. Approved profiles show a "Verified" badge.

For any issue with your booking, you can report it directly through our complaint system — the Admin team will review and resolve it.

You can request a withdrawal of a minimum of ৳500 to bKash, Nagad, or a bank account; the money is sent after Admin approval.

No, leaving a review is completely optional. If you do, it will show on the expert's profile, and they can reply to it if they wish.
